Sri Sathya Sai gives a Mandate for MBA and MTech Graduates of His University

M.Tech graduates of Sri Sathya Sai Institute can set up small-scale industries and thus become role models for emulation. The graduates of MBA, MBA (Finance), M.Tech, etc. should not boost their salary levels in the employment market if there happens to be high demand for qualified workforce. Educated workforce should be governed by the demands of the conscience and not by the demands of the market. This attitude will improve the quality of the market in superior ways. There are many sick units, which stopped business operations because of continuous losses. The graduates from Sri Sathya Sai Institute should reengineer these chronic loss-making units and avert them from being devoured by corporate predators.

M.Tech graduates of Sri Sathya Sai Institute should go to villages and educate them about modern techniques and systems pertaining to cultivation and agricultural economics. Pump sets along with required components should be made within the country so that in case of breakdowns, repairs could be carried out immediately.

The students of Sri Sathya Sai Institute should not be swayed by fat salary figures but should give prominence to work and organisational objectives. Business school students should learn about every aspect of business and organisation, instead of narrow specialisation. Just as a washer-man and a cook in the armed forces are trained in the use of firearms and marching, business school students should become holistic individuals, good at certain core responsibilities over and above their routine duties. The students should therefore surrender before the will of God, who will decide then, what all should happen in their lives.
