During the evening Darshan, as Swami came from the ladies side, He called an Institute student, gave him many letters, and told him to go and wait in the main portico with the letters. Before going for interview, Swami came and blessed the birthday boys. There was a primary school boy (who recently had shaved his head) sitting with the other birthday boys.
Swami : Eh! Gundu (someone who has shaved his hair) Bagunnava? (Are you fine)
Swami took a handful of yellow grains and profusely blessed the student by putting lots of grains on his head. At around 5.30 pm, Swami came out after finishing the interview. Swami proceeded towards the third block where some schoolboys were holding a big photograph.
Swami : What is this?
Student : Swami, our room came first in the ‘Room cleanliness’ competition.
Swami : (While signing the photograph) Big pen, Small photograph!
After a while…
Student : Swami, I have chest pain.
Swami : Not chest pain, gastric problem. It will go.
Swami : (To a teacher) How are the first year M.B.A boys?
Teacher : Swami, fine. They are showing interest.
Swami : In your lecture?
Teacher : No, Swami, in You.
Swami : Not enough.
Swami : (To a visiting Professor) When are you going?
Prof. : Today, Swami.
Swami : Which subject do you teach?
Prof. : Botany, Swami.
Swami : Not Botany, it is called Bio-Science. (Swami then created a ring with three diamonds and slipped it onto his finger.) See… it is diamond…
The professor was thrilled and immediately bent down, and took Padanamaskar. Swami then looked at another visiting professor and enquired…
Swami : Where do you come from? (Before the professor could reply, Swami pointed to his ring and said…) I gave you this ring last time.
Prof. : (Nodding approvingly) Swami, I come from USA.
Swami : USA! What is USA? It stands for ‘Ulhasnagar Sindhi Association’. It is near Bombay only, where products are made with the label ‘USA’.
Swami : (To a teacher) What subjects do you teach?
Prof. : Swami, Statistics and probability.
Swami : Statistics… do you take for Under-Graduate or Post-Graduate?
Prof. : Swami, Post-Graduate.
Swami : (To a student) Are you a student or a lecturer?
Student : Swami, I am a student.
Swami : Who is a student?
Student : One who studies is a student.
Swami : What is study? ‘Study’ means ‘Be Steady’.
The meaning of USA which Swami gave shows that Swami is very attentive with the developments of the business world.Really great to know it from Swami who is Omniscient.
